I've been reading through some of the post and alot of posts say use resources files for multi language support for web apps. I thought that resources files weren't needed for multi langauge support that you could grab the information from the clients
pc. Is that not true?
I need to create a site that can be seen and read all over the world but I don't want to have to create a resources file for every language. Isn't there a "easier" way to have your web app to display in the users language based off of the clients language
settings?
