Error adding Tenant to Entity RRS feed

  • Attempting to add a Tenant which doesn't show in the Azure Accounts list in our CSP account.

    Error received is:

    Internal Error occurred please contact our support.

    The identity of the calling application could not be established.

    Can I have some guidance on what this error means and how it can be resolved?

  • Hello Paul,

    Thanks for setting up Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn and letting us know about this issue. Our support team will need to investigate further so please open a Service Request per the following steps:

    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy
    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Azure Cost Management

     

    All Azure subscribers are eligible to open break fix issues like this to the Cloudyn team.
