    I have written an application that provides support for printers using POS for .Net. However, it is not certain that the POS for .Net application will be installed on the system running my application. How can I verify that POS for .Net is installed on the system?

    Cander,

    On method to check for POS for .NET on the system would be to look for HKLM\Software\POSfor.NET in the system registry.  There are several sub-keys in this location as well that may provide additional information to allow you to verify which verison of POS for .NET is on the system as well as the directory where you can find the binaries.
