Where Request.ApplicationPath Value is Stored ? Whether it is in web.config or in some other place ?

Hi,

It is likely taken from the host web server (it depends on how you configured IIS).

Edit: explain maybe what you are trying to understand. You also have https://referencesource.microsoft.com/ if you really want but basically it  is not ASP.NET that decides about that but rather the web server that tells ASP.NET at which virtual path it is installled.
