We have a custom content type called "Enhanced Folder", this content type is inherited from the Folder content type but has 5 extra fields. These fields are project name, region, state, manager and ID number. Inside these folders we upload documents and each document has 3 of the previous fields filled out. What we'd like to happen is to have the choices selected for the folder flow down to all sub-directories and documents. This would allow us to sort based on these fields across all libraries as well as create custom views.
