WLK 1.6 documentation downloaded but can't be read

Does anyone have similar experience?

I downloaded the WLK 1.6 documentation (about 10.3MB) but can't read it at all.

Yes, I saw the same thing. I am guessing the documentation can be read only in the machine where WLK 1.6 is already installed. The download said it is a WLK1.6 documentation update, so I believe you need the original installation for the update to work.

I did not able to find a link to download WLK1.6. Can anybody give me the link to download WLK1.6? The initial link given by the microsoft news letter is not working. That page did not show up anything.

There is a security update for XP that may block access to .chm files. Right-click on the .chm file and select Properties. Click the Unlock button below the Advanced button on the general page.
