  • Please can you help me resolve the above problem Everytime I ask Incredimail to "get new mail" I receive this message " Socket Error: 10053, Port: 995, Protocol: POP.An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine." The second time I try it nearly always works but it is really frustrating to have to go through this performance. I should be very grateful if you could help me, preferably in simple terms!!
