RE: HPC SDK and Batch Emulator RRS feed

  • I'm moving to Visual Studio 2017 and I'm updating the toolsets. I need to ask the following questions:

    1. HPC now Batch had an SDK. Where is it now. Can you update the links on the tool to reference the new locations?

    2. Will there be ever be a batch emulator like the Storage and Compute one?

  • There is some ambiguity about "HPC now Batch".  Azure Batch has many SDKs... generally one per language.  An example would be the .net sdk (and .net core).

    Samples in multiple languages can be found here.

    There is no batch emulator planned at this time.  You can see that this is already a top ask on our uservoice page and you can add your vote there.
