  • Cindy, I can't, but you should be able to!

    If you still have your Subscriber ID, you should be able to add this expired subscription to your Live ID by visiting here:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/add, entering that old Subscription information, and then clicking to the "My Product Keys" page.
