Download Fails - Now where to?

Question

Hi I am in South Africa and have attempted to download both the 32 bit version for testing and the 64 bit Developer edition with tools and both times it has failed...... Is there a local Microsoft Office that I can contact for a copy of both of these Windows 8 versions.

From where you were downloading - MSDN/Connect/Public Downloads/other? What does mean "failed"?

If you're using a browser to download it, try using a download manager instead. They can be more reliable with large files.
