Trouble with Command line in the batch file to run a vbs file RRS feed

  • Question

  • "C:\Windows\SysWow64\CScript.exe //nologo c:\DeleteInsertRecords.vbs"  or

    "C:\Windows\SysWow64\CScript.exe c:\DeleteInsertRecords.vbs"  in the batch file called test.bat

    Nothing run.

    Advise..

  • Try enclosing each parameter in quotes. For example:

    "C:\Windows\SysWow64\CScript.exe" "C:\DeleteInsertRecords.vbs"

    I gave the following a try on my system, and it worked for me.

    shell "c:\windows\system32\cscript.exe """ & currentproject.Path & "\test.vbs"""
    
    I was just playing with the syntax...
