Mango / Zune compatibility

I posted this question to Brandon Watson's blog but now that I see some Mango questions/issues are being brought up here I'll repost it here.

I have a personal wp7 that I've updated to Mango today. Presently, I syn the phone at two separate computers. One, of course, is my "main" sync pc (relationship) and the other is a "guest" sync relationship. My question is twofold:
1) Do I have to have the Mango-beta Zune installed on both PCs to sync to my Mango phone?
2) If I update to Mango Zune, can I still successfully sync with Nodo devices?

I work on the Windows Phone team at Microsoft. Plus I have personally verified these things. Even my KINs still work with the newer version of the Zune software.
