    This is easy as the  Logging and Instrumentation Application Block provides six Log Sinks:

    • Event Log – writes to a Windows Event Log;
    • Flat File – writes to a text file;
    • Microsoft Message Queuing – writes to a message queue;
    • E-mail – sends Log Entries via an SMTP server;
    • Database – executes a stored procedure for each LogEntry;
    • WMI Log – fires WMI events.

    for a complete example read this articleon codeproject http://www.codeproject.com/dotnet/GetLoggingWithEntLib.asp
