Hello, I got a Kinect V2 2 months ago and since the first day I have been dealing with problems. I got the 5 seconds restart problem first but I got to fix it. Now I'm getting the problem that my USB Controller says:
"Unknown USB 3.0 port detected. Your USB configuration may support Kinect for Windows"
And on the Verify Kinect Depth and Color Streams I get the following result:
"No depth frames received from Kinect"
My Spec for the PC:

16gb Ram
