Looking to set up my psychic website and have a live grid so that operators will automatically show as either being logged in, busy or logged out

Hi jrppsychics,

According to your description, i think you could save the user status in the session when user login it, you could get it from session. You could get the data from session. For more details, please check the following tutorial:
