AJAXControlToolkit Not Working

My ajaxcontroltoolkit is now not working AJAXControlToolkit v15.1

In my site master I have at the top of the page

<%@ Register Assembly="AjaxControlToolkit" Namespace="AjaxControlToolkit" TagPrefix="asp" %>

right after the form tag in the site master i reference scriptmanager

Does anyone know why this is not working?

Try to replace :

    <asp:ScriptManager runat="server"></asp:ScriptManager>

with 

<AjaxToolkit:ToolkitScriptManager ID="smContent" runat="server">
</AjaxToolkit:ToolkitScriptManager>

Ok, I replaced the scriptmanager with the toolkitscriptmanager and ajaxcontroltoolkit still doesn't work for me.

Installing the following nuget packages solved the problem and all ajaxcontroltoolkit functions work properly plus htmleditorextender

You also must have this scriptmanager or it won't work in my setup, it says it doesn't recognize toolkitscriptmanager
