    how can i export data to Ms-Access from c#.net. and how much row capacity of Access table if i have only one table in one database

    Access tables are restricted to 2GB in size, not the number of rows (like Excel).  I've had Access tables with over 1.5 million rows in them.

    Really? Wher can I find more information on this?

     

    Oops!!  Tables are 1 GB.  The whole Database itself (mdb file) is 2 GB.

    Actually, the table size can be 2 GB minus the space for system objects....

    What data are you talking about?  Where is it? In a text file?

    Oops!!  Tables are 1 GB.  The whole Database itself (mdb file) is 2 GB.

    Well, I didn't actually spotted anything! I know about the limitations on the mdb file, but this is the first time I hear that there's also a limitation in the size of a table, so I'm curious where I can find that because maybe there are other limitations I'm not aware of?

     hi Mikesdotnetting,

           i want to export data to Ms-Access table from the dataset of C#.net because excel sheet have limitation to store only 65536 rows and my data is to large so i need to export it to Ms-Access please help me. thanks for informing me about capacity of rows in Ms-Access.
