  • Hi Sireesh,

    Per my knowledge, the Properties option of Excel Service Applications in SharePoint 2013 is disabled by default. As a result we cannot modify Excel Service Application Pool by changing its properties.

    As a workaround, you can create a new Excel service application and connect the new Excel service application to your web application, then delete the original Excel service application.

    You can delete the Excel service application using PowerShell with following PowerShell command:

    #Type Name String

    $TypeName="Excel Service Application"

    #Get the Service Application from its Type

    $ServiceApp = Get-SPServiceApplication | Where {$_.TypeName -eq $TypeName}

    #Delete the Service Application

    Remove-SPServiceApplication $SeviceApp -removedata -confirm:$false

    Below article is about “Delete a Service Application in SharePoint 2013 using PowerShell”, which may be helpful to you:

    Best regards,
