  • Hi mates

    Finally we are here on clouds :)

    My issue is, i accidentally subscribed to MSDN with my enterprise account and i want to rollback and move the subscription to Outlook one, i tried go through the steps on my account page > Change Microsoft account...but it stuck on an error in the last step. However, i tried with this topic:

    Unable to change the Microsoft account associated with msdn subscription

    but i cannot even open the "My account" page, also it got stuck on an error.

    i tried to remove the subscription, also no response...leads to an error :(

    can any one help me in this plz :move the subscription from my enterprise account to my personal one?!

    You're going to have to contact MSDN Subscriptions Customer service for help with this.  There is a way you can do this manually, but the specifics really involve your personal account information so its best that we dont work that out on a public forum.

    Note I see that you are with a university, and if you have a DreamSpark MSDN Subscription, you'll actually need to contact a different team.  If you have dreamspark (and are not using a student dreamspark subscription), the team to contact is here: https://www.dreamspark.com/Institution/Support.aspx.
