Hi, I have these  two styles attached to my web page one is a drop down menu and the other a vertical menu. I should have 2 different looking menu's but i don't. How can I fix this.

    • Officers
    • Board of Directors
      • 2010-2011
      • 2011-2012
      • 2012-2013
    • Member Directory
    • Weekly Bulletin
    • On-Line Makeup
    • Where We Meet
    Vertical menu
    • Rotary International
    • District 6920
    • Newsletter
    • District Officers
    • Rotary Foundation
    • Group Study Exchange
    • Rotary Youth Leadership
    • Cart Fund
    • Literacy
    • H. S. Speech Contest
    • Dublin Rotary Club

I only get the vertical menu with officers attached to the top of the vertical menu. I want a horizontal and vertical menu.

    Thanks

  • You haven't shown us anything that would let us see what you've done.

Please read the "Before Posting" post.  Publish the page and post a link here.

I will add that if you are using a menu created by someone else, you would need to get one that does what you want, not ask others to rewrite it for you. (There are many, many example menus out there.) If you created the menu yourself - I'm going to guess that would not be a good idea if you are a beginner, and I assume you are, from your post.

  • Can you post a link to a page that has the problem? Unfortunately seeing the structure cannot tell us what is going on and how to correct it. The styles could be inheriting, one could be superceding the other based on how it's designed, etc..

  • Please give us a link to the page.

  • A screen shot is useless.  Please read the Before Posting post and see why we need a link to the page.

  • Please post a link to the live page. If it isn't live yet, put a copy of it in a different folder for instance,l so that we can look at it.

  • Not only is  a screenshot useless what was posted is so full of missing bits that it too is less than useless. The reason we ask for a link to a page is because we need to see everything the page uses, especially external stylesheets and it doesn't hurt to have the images either.
