Resources for guidelines for navigation patterns?

    Question

  • I am a new UX designer looking for more navigation and interaction patterns, can you recommend another resource to help me understand how to add more complex pages to the navigation? Complex navigation examples maybe? Not much comes up on Google.

  • Hi Camilliken,

Please don't post multiple questions in the same thread, especially when one is highly temporal (and off topic). For problems with MSDN please post in the MSDN, TechNet and Expression Library Feedback  forum. I've removed those comments from your post so it can concentrate on your on-topic design question. If you're still having problems you can repost there, but I believe the issue is fixed.

If the guidelines that Jamles linked and the other pages on http://design.windows.com are not sufficient then please post more specific details about the scenario for which you are looking for help.

  • Hi camilliken,

Not sure why you have "content not found" page, what you have searched?

Simply search on the Internet, I think these pages should help you a lot: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh465424.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

For navigation pattern, I would like to know if you are working for XAML or HTML, but you can found answer from: Navigation patterns for Windows
