Changing password

Question

How do I change the password I use to login to the TechNet Forums? Editing my profile doesn't provide any way that I can see and I haven't found any link on the TechNet or Forums pages that lead me to that.

Hi,

The password is tied to your Microsoft account. You should be able to change your password from the 'Security & password' link shown in the upper left of this page:

https://account.live.com/summarypage.aspx

Just be aware that this will change your password everywhere you use that Microsoft account, not just here in the forums.
