Can't link an existing MySQL DB to my website RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have a problem, that is similar to many ones but in my case none of the resolution that were mentionned in other topics worked.

I can't connect my Website to an existing MySQL database that I created, I don't know why, it only tells me to try again later or to contact the assistance.

When I try to create a new one, it tells me that I can only create one database. I think I must subscribe to Clear DB but I can't access the Market Place from my location.

And finally, I can't find where I can delete my existing MySQL DB. It is never mentionned in my management portal.

I am totally stucked, and I can't make a proper use of your services.

Is there any way to fix that ?

    Thank you very much

    Regards,

    Edouard

  • I'm not sure if your question is in the right topic but, here we go. What's your location? Have you tried sending an e-mail to Microsoft support on your location?

  • Hi, sorry if it's not the right location. The subject is indeed more about websites.

I'm located in France, and I just sent the registration form to get support activation for my account, so no I didn't send an e-mail to the support ... Not yet

  • Ok I found how to access my MySQL db, they are present in the new portal, so I was able to delete them.

I created a new one but I still can't link it to my web site.

Is there any known issue about that ?
