  • Hello,

You can only read the files internal format if you know the data layout, like CSV.

If the file you want to read has a know format then try the web site of the

designer or a 3rd party library.

File extension can and usually hint to the internal format but not always. Bin

is popular with gaming designers but do not explicit contain Binary data only.

Also the file could possible be compressed and/or encrypted. So, unless you

can provide more details about that file then there will not have much success.

     Hope this helps :)

  • I will take a guess on .TBL, an ESRI cadastral file and if so you need to ask here

    https://community.esri.com/

If I'm mistaken please enlighten use what this file is.

Contact via my Twitter (Karen Payne) or Facebook (Karen Payne) via my MSDN profile but will not answer coding question on either.

    NuGet BaseConnectionLibrary for database connections.
