Background color on secondary tile? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello guys.

    I've had this code working in the beta preview:

     tile.backgroundColor = "#880015";

    Now, when I run it I get an error which says:

    0x800a13ec - JavaScript runtime error: Could not convert object to struct: object missing expected property 'a'

    The only way I've managed to make it work is by using something like this:

    tile.backgroundColor = { a: 255, r: 136, g: 0, b: 21 };

    Notice that I've also tried this without any luck:

     tile.backgroundColor = "#ff880015"; //alpha, rgb in hex

     tile.backgroundColor = "ff880015"; //same, but no # char

     tile.backgroundColor = "880015"; //rgb without #

    According to the docs, my initial code should run. I've done a quick search on the migration doc for SecondaryTile and BackgroundColor, but haven't found anything about it.

    So, can anyone please tell me if there's other way to specify the background color of a tile?

    thanks
