Building a Dating site from scratch

Hi I'm new to js I need to know how do i build a dating site. Page 1 = index = sign in or sign up etc
Page 2 being upon successful sign up goto users page.
After selecting a user being able to send a msg with pictures for free but I need it to be a secure website I just need the basic code that runs those pages I can fiddle around with the rest in html and css3 etc I tried googling some vid couldn't find one with imaging a user with images from laptop could u also point me with creating a mobile version I really struggle with etc.

According to your description, I'm sorry that your reuqirement is  too general.

If you do not know how to build a website, I suggest that if you want to build a website, you may search for tutorial to learn step by step.
