We are experiencing an unplanned downtime of the service, following a configuration change.  We are working with utmost urgency to correct the problem and to bring the service back up.

We have identified the problem with the configuration change and have taken corrective actions. The service has begun to recover and user databases should now be available. We continue to monitor the situation and will send another update in an hour or when the service has fully recovered.
