.net framework-fatal error during instalation heelp please RRS feed

  • Hello everybody,

    I have a error during installation .net framework 4 ...

    I try 2 weeks to fix it but i don't works :(

    "Instalation did not succes"

    and down is : "see the log file"

  • First, please tell us what Windows version you have.

    If XP, you must have SP3. If Vista, you must have at least SP1 (SP2 recommended).

    If your OS meets the requirements above, You should complete the following before each .NET Framework installation attempt:

    1. Clean out your %temp% directory.

    2. Disable all AV/anti-malware/firewall software.

    You should use the standalone installer for .NET Framework 4.0, found here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718

    3. Run the standalone installer from an account with full administrative rights.

    If it fails, collect the install logs with this:

    http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=it&id=12493

    After you run Collect.exe, you'll find vslogs.cab in your %temp% directory. Upload vslogs.cab to a public site, like SkyDrive, then post the link here.

    I have XP SP3...

    1. I have done it!

    2. I don't have AV/anti-malware/firewall software instaled :)

        I had downloaded installer from there :)

    3.  I run it as administrator... and failed again !?

        It fails... again :(

        I don't find any link :|

  • I'm sorry, but the link you've provided does not work.

    Please re-upload your vslogs.cab and ensure that the folder is public (available to anyone).
