Mods: I was unsure of which forum to post this in - if this is the wrong place for this post, please do move it.

I maintain the computer labs at a large university.  In the beginning of the semester (August 2016) we created and deployed a windows 10 enterprise desktop image to our lab of Dell Optiplex 7440 ALL-in-One desktop PC's.  All worked well for months up until the last few weeks.  During the last few weeks, we have an increasing number of PC's that allow library patrons to login, but simply presents a black screen after login.  The cursor is still present and moveable, and you can access task manager and the logon screen with the appropriate hotkeys.  Killing and restarting explorer from TM does not help.  We also read that turning off the windows fast boot feature helps, but that was also unsuccessful.  Problem is intermittent - the PC will blank-screen for 3 users in a row then suddenly begin working for the 4th user to try it.  There's nothing obvious in the event logs.  Any advice would be excellent.
