Skip Stage option in Project Server 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have created a Workflow in Project Server Using Visual Studio and its working fine. But when we tried to use the skip stage it is only skipping till the next approval stage. Sometimes we need to move the project directly to the last stage bypassing the approval stages.

    Any thougts is appreciated

  • Beno you need to insert if else statements in the workflow, check for variable "projectSequence.WorkflowContext.SkipToStage", below is the code I used to see if this is skip to stage or normal workflow is being processed.

    Let me know if you require more information.

    private void IsSkipToStage(object sender, ConditionalEventArgs e)
        {
          e.Result = projectSequence.WorkflowContext.SkipToStage;
        }
