I am working on a very large word document using the tables. I need to delete some entries and add some new ones in alphabetical order. I would like to know how to do this so that when I delete one entry or add one the rest of the cells shift accordingly.
Right now if I try to shift the cells right it will kick some cells off the page completely instead of putting them onto a proper cell spot. There has got to be a way to do this instead of manually cutting and pasting every single entry.
