Fix graphical issue during installation

    Would you provide your environment?
    e.g. Windows version/build, archtecture(32-bit/64-bit),
           Display Adaptor(graphic device) seen in Device Manager, etc.

    Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

    I saw the whole video you offered, could you please tell us in which way you installed VS?

    By Web Installer or the ISO image?

    Since VS installation boundary couldn’t load correctly, there is a possibility that the installer is broken, I suggest you download the VS 2015 Community With Update ISO,

    verify the SHA-1 with FCIV.exe to ensure the ISO is fine, Compare with VS 2015 iso files SHA-1 Values ,

    Then use the ISO image to repair and install locally.

    During the setup process, Here are some common install tips:

    · Turn off your anti-virus/antispyware software during installation

    • Install the latest Windows updates from the Windows Update site

    If the above still doesn't help, I need you installation log file to troubleshoot this issue,
    please use  http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip from %temp% folder. upload the file to  https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
