Even a well explained blog will do. I just want to know few things clearly at this stage.

I dont think such books/white paperss exists.

Try Asp.Net VS Ruby on Google and you will find plenty of comparisons.

You may also try MonoRail. Plus let m share some good news with you about asp.net.

The most appreciatd feature of Ruby On Rails is MVC ( Model, View Controller ). There are plans to include this advantage in Asp.net during Orcas. ( i had read a blog about this last week )
