Web server updated to Windows 2016

My Asp.net projects are developed on local Window 7 PC using Visual Studio 2017 in which there are Crystal Reports.

Company web server will update to Windows 2016.

I always deploy web project using Publishing way.

Questions:

1) What version of framework need to be installed?

2) What Crystal Report run time components need to be installed?

In VS2017, you need to download SP 21 and higher to support Crystal Reports.
