sharepoint 2013 can not copy.open.edit some doxuments RRS feed

  • I have sharepoint 2013

    i cant open ecopy or edit some duments.

    when i try to copy some documents with sitemanager...

    i get this error

    can anyone help how can copy open edit this documents ?

  • Hi aptinis,

    For a better troubleshooting, I would suggest you can  firstly check the ULS log for detailed error message, by default , SharePoint 2013 ULS log is stored at the path:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS

    You can use ULS log viewer to check the log more easily:
