  • Hello SelvaOnline,

What code do you use for embedding an image in Outlook? Are you able to reproduce the issue with a regular web page in IE 11?

Anyway, a body of an Outlook message represents a regular HTML markup. I'd recommend to save the HTMLBody content of the problematic message with the embedded image and then open it in IE. Do you get the same results now? If so, the issue is not related to Outlook at all.

  • Hi Selva,

It looks like you didn't notice my first question to you. What code do you use for embedding an image in Outlook?

P.S. Also please make sure that you have the latest updates and service packs installed on the problematic PC.
