Security is preventing me to enter Dashboard


  • When clicking Dashboard, I get a webpage asking whether I requested a change to security setting.

    Did you request a security info change?
    Someone started a process to replace the security info for xxxxxx​@live​.com​.

    O Yes
    O No

    I click Yes, then submit. The next screen I get ...

    We're not ready for you yet
                Your 30-day waiting period ends on 10/5/2014. Until then, you won't be able to sign in to your account unless you've found your security info.            

     The problem is that the email address, which the code is to be sent, is no longer active. I also have a 30-day waiting period. What do I do?

    I found this link about security info, but I cannot wait until October 5th. My application is completed and ready for submission. How can I get this problem fixed right away, and not 1 month from now?
