Login Issue with Microsoft Accounts


  • Hi ,

    We have implemented the Login Option for Microsoft Account like Hotmail,Outlook and Live. We user openid connect to authenticate . when user authentication successfully ,he is navigating to consent screen but after that we are getting below error

    AADSTS90002: Requested tenant identifier '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' is not valid. Tenant identifiers may not be an empty GUID.

    Earlier it was working fine but now its stopped working.

    Please help us to resolve the issue

    Thanks for your response. but our application is SaaS based Multitenant Application and we can not user manually.As per the article we need to add user manually. is their any other way. out Process Below.

    User visit to out site.

    1. Click on Microsoft Account Login

    2. Enter Azure Directory Name

    3. Click on Go.

    4. Authenticate them self

    5. Application Ask of Consent

    6. if Consent given user will be navigate to our dashboard.

    Out Application working fine with Azure AD (Work or School Account). we are facing issue with Microsoft Account(Hotmail,live,outlook).
