[UWP]Tools to make effects on images RRS feed

    Any ideas about how to add different effects to the image? Is there any sdks in UWP can do it?

    There’re many real-time effects which can be applied to images in the Windows.UI.Composition.

    Please refer to the Composition effects document for more details.

    The blog “Creating Beautiful Effects for UWP” also is for you reference.

    You could check the win2D samples to learn how to use these APIs.
