UCMA 3.0 Publishing presence on behalf of other users

Question
-
Hi,
I am building an trusted server application for publishing presence in Lync on behalf of all the users in our system. I get this presence info from an external source and I want to publish this without knowing the credentials of each user.
Should I use application endpoints or user endpoints for this?
Thanks, Jon

You will need a server platform, with user endpoints

How do you publish presence without user credentials? Just being curious...

If you provision the application as trusted by the server, then you are not required to provide the credentials when you create the user endpoints.

Hi Oscar,
I need some help in this matter (johann asked in my behalf)
I did create trusted applicationpool, application, applicationcomputer and applicationendpoint as described in ucma 3 core help
i see the samples for creating applicationendpoints (auto and manual provision) and other for creating userendpoints. i even found the impersonation sample, but that's for conversations only.
I don't have a clue how to establish an userendpoint with trusted application details. or am i misunderstanding your reply?
could you please describe in detail what you meant by
