I m a student from where can i download asp.net full feature setup and how it can b installed? ?

Greetings,

ASP.NET can be installed by installing Visual Studio (Latest version is recommended to use) that can be downloaded from here. There are 2 versions of VS, Community and Enterprise. Community is free edition and enterprise is paid you can choose either of these for installation. During installation, you will be asked 2 steps, Default and Custom. If you choose default, this will install Fundamental components ASP.NET for you. If you choose Custom, make sure that you check mark the Web Development Tool.

There is another and latest version ASP.NET called ASP.NET Core. This web framework is new, fast, cross-platform and open-source. This can be installed via .NET Core toolings for visual studio from here.

Visual Studio community 2015 is suitable for you, it is free, full-featured, and extensible tool for developers building non-enterprise applications.

I would suggest to use Dev Essentials , it has lots of goodies..
