How to recover SA password

Hello all,
I have only rights access in my Windows authentication , i dont remember SA password also and i need to access database from SA authentication, i tried a to recover SA password a lot but no luck, I am not able to do any thing from windows authentication.
How can i re-set password for SA account and grant admin rights to both SA and windows users.
Your help would be appreciate!

Hello,
If you are member of Local Windows administrator group, you can change the sa password by starting the SQL Server in single mode option. You can read this:
