I have migrated the TFS 2008 to 2010, I need plug in for Visual studio 2003 projects.

For Visual Studio 2003 there is no Team Explorer option available, you will need the MSSCCI provider to be able to connect to TFS 2010. You can find the MSSCCI provider for TFS2010 in the Visual Studio Gallery at:
