Cannot 'Add to Contacts' on email from user from other organization within same hosted environment. RRS feed

  • When I open an email in OWA (Exchange 2010 RTM) which is sent from a user in another hosted organization I get the error 'No match was found for one or more people or addresses. This may be because the people or addresses no longer exists.'

    Also in Outlook 2007 if you try to 'Add to Contact' for the same user the display name shows up as the 'mailNickname' (For Example Jim_ORG00009) and no where in the new contact does it show the proper email address or addresses.

    Is there a way to force Recipient Lookups by UPN or fix the issue another way?

    I suppose it's related to mailtips. Disable it.
