    Hi,

I would like to know the details:

    1. What’s the result if you request the ReportServer directly?
    2. What’s the result if you do the test to request the ReportServer in other Server?
    3. What’s the version of browser in your local machine?

On the other hand, please use the developer tool to check whether there are any errors.

    Thanks

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Could you please check in IE8 browser if the web site is in intranet zone or trust zone?

If not, please try changing it to intranet zone or trust zone and check if it works.

Hope this helpful to you. Thanks

    Hi,

In this scenario, you can use F12 Internet Explore Developer Tools to Debug your Webpages:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg589507(v=VS.85).aspx

    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2008/09/03/developer-tools-in-internet-explorer-8-beta-2.aspx

You can set some breakpoints in your script and check whether you hit the function of the button or link.

    Hope this helpful to you.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

By using F12 Developer tool, you can check whether there are script error in your page, such as postback. Because if there is a script error it could cause that the script of your
    button , never executes.

Is it possible for you to provide a public URL that we can access for troubleshooting or a downloadable sample by which we can repro the issue?

    Best Regards
