Tab Close X changed location

Question

Is the location of a forms close X now assignable or is it hard coded to the Tab now?

Before it was on the far right of the form.

Now it's on the tab.

That is by design, and you cannot change it. MSFT felt this is a better user experience, and more in line with how most browsers do it.
