Secure Code is not getting received from Microsoft to registered email account

    Question

  • Hi,

    I am trying to generate a .appx package by signing with the Windows Live credentials. As soon as, I login with Username and Password, a Secure code will be sent from the microsoft to the registered email Account.

    Here, I am not receiving secure code to my Email Address. Can anyone help in this regard.

    Also, please share the support email Address/ Contact number to approach Microsoft team.

    If you still cannot receive the secure code, you might create a support ticket here: http://aka.ms/storesupport  so that Dev Center support can review it.
