Publish VS Projects, into Godaddy, How?

First time is always the hardest..

So, Godaddy, isn't MIcrosoft or Azure which they probably love me to buy an account on just to to be able to use their easier way to Publish a Site. 

But I want to know if there is a way to use my current web hosting service: Godaddy. 

I'm looking for a way to publish site + database to Godaddy.com All help is appreciated.
