RDP6 decompression issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I followed the blog post (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/openspecification/archive/2010/06/10/rdp-6-0-bulk-decompression-walkthrough.aspx) and the MSRDPGDI .I can succssfully decode the example data in that post and matches. But when i decode the packet from the rdp client it fails. Can i get a decompressed dump of following data ? so that i can match mine and find out the problem ?

  • Thanks for the hexdumps.

Actually we are supposed to transpose bits while reading the copy offsets and loms also (which i missed).

Here is the test data given by Bryan if it would help anybody test their code.
