php directory under a asp.net website RRS feed

Hi, I am using IIS 7 (Win 2008 R2) and installed php through MS Web Platform. I created a folder "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myweb" which contains aspx pages, and a sub folder "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myweb\moodle" which contains a php application.

In IIS 7 Default Web Site, if I set the Pysical Path to "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\", I go http://localhost/myweb/moodle/install.php it will run correctly. However if I set the Pysical Path to "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myweb", and when I go http://localhost/moodle/install.php it gives me an "Webpage cannot be found" error. The txt files under moodle directory are accessible though.

What do I need to change to make this work? I appreciate any suggestion.
